The Strawberry Studio

We are a studio located in the country side outside Skövde in Sweden. We have chosen to work with only the best vintage outboard and microphones in combination with new digital recording technique, we believe that working with old high-end gear helps us to create a warm sound with a lot of soul to it.

We have three big recording rooms where we can place different instruments to record whole bands live if they want, we prefer recording as much material live as possible to get the right kind of energy into the music.

We use a Protools HD3 system and a Otari eight channel tape recorder in combination with all the analogue equipment listed on the last page.

The Studio offers a broad range of vintage keyboard, drums, guitars and amps, a few of them are seen in the picture.

The studio also includes eight beds, kitchen, a pool, a sauna, 46” LCD TV with internet connection and home cinema with real 5.1 system, WLAN in the whole building.

You can relax by taking a long walk outside, to rest your ears for a while and breathe in some fresh air before we hit the recording button again.
